How long are your subscription plans?

NRFA offers subscriptions plans that are billed monthly, every 3 or 6 months, or yearly. We make it simple to start and stop your subscription at any time.

Are discounts available?

Yes, we offer discounts on up-front long-term commitments for 3, 6, and 12 month subscriptions.

How do I sign up?

You start by signing up and creating a profile. For embryo donors, the service is free, however we do screen all donors for approval. For recipients, you should create your profile prior to submitting payment because once you purchase a subscription, your profile can be viewed by potential donors. We want you to have it perfect before you start receiving messages!

How do I cancel service?

Cancelling your subscription or donor profile is an easy, no questions asked process. Just log into your account, go to Membership Information, and click “Cancel Subscription.” If you have time remaining on your subscription, your account will remain active until that time is up. If you want your profile removed from the site immediately, please email us at support@nrfa.org or send us a message on our chat feature, and we will remove it for you.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, you may upgrade your subscription at any time, in the Membership Information section of your account. When upgrading your subscription, you will receive a prorated charge, depending on the cost of the new plan and how long you have remaining. Downgrading plans can only be done at the time a subscription renews.
